1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DigiReceiptsFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of DigiReceiptsFlow materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on DigiReceiptsFlow
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Credit System

DigiReceiptsFlow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Each document generation consumes one credit. Free credits may be provided at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

By creating an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not disclose your password to any third party. All accounts are subject to verification before access to our services is granted.

You agree that any document generated and sent from your authenticated account on the Service is considered a valid and binding record. The authentication of your account and the digital trail of the document's creation and transmission serve as confirmation of its authenticity, and for many purposes, this may serve in lieu of a written signature.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform such acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To submit false or misleading information

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigiReceiptsFlow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DigiReceiptsFlow, even if DigiReceiptsFlow or a DigiReceiptsFlow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
